Requisites:
* A strong portfolio of work demonstrating excellent visual design and an understanding of information architecture
* Expertise in hand-coding XHTML/CSS to create semantic, standards-compliant versions of your designs
* Solid understanding of web standards and browser compatibility issues
* Demonstrated mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash
* Strong background in (unobtrusive) client-side scripting (Javascript)
* Familiarity with Microsoft web technologies/products such as ASP.NET, Visual Studio, Visual Source Safe, SQL Server
* Previous experience designing for large scale web applications is a plus
* Ajax and OOP experience is a plus
* Copywriting skills a plus
* Desktop publishing (print) experience a plus

Additionally the candidate must possess the aptitude to learn new technologies and enjoy new challenges that may fall outside that of a traditional web design skill set.
Candidate will need to exercise good judgment and be able to work independently without constant supervision.
